THE BATTER:
- 2 very ripe bananas
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp cottage cheese
- 1 1/2 dl rolled oats
- 1 1/2 dl wheat flour
- 1 dl milk (cow's milk or plant-based milk)*
- 1/2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground true cinnamon
*Add more milk if you want a thinner batter
