Ingredients

THE BATTER:

  • 2 very ripe bananas
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp cottage cheese
  • 1 1/2 dl rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 dl wheat flour
  • 1 dl milk (cow's milk or plant-based milk)*
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground true cinnamon

*Add more milk if you want a thinner batter

 

Instructions

Put banana, eggs, and cottage cheese in a bowl and blend until smooth.

Add the rest of the ingredients and whisk thoroughly.
Cook the pancakes on a hot pan with fat.
