Level: Easy
Servings: 4-5 medium pancakes
Age: From 6 months+
Ingredients
- 1 dl oatmeal
- 1/2 dl syrup (if you omit the syrup, baby can eat from 6 months)
- 2 eggs
- 1 dl flour (I used gluten-free oat flour, but you can use wheat flour, spelt flour, rye flour or whatever you prefer)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 1 dl fresh strawberries (cut into quarters)
Instructions
Rinse the strawberries and let them dry completely.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl (except the strawberries), and whisk well – preferably using an electric mixer.
Finally, stir in the strawberries.
Cook each pancake in a little butter in a pan over low heat. They are soft in texture, so be careful when flipping them with a spatula.
They taste great both cold and warm – and the whole family can enjoy them. They are also super good for lunchboxes.
