Ingredients

4 buns (use ones that have become a bit dry and boring) - 1 can of chopped tomatoes
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 1/2 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- Parma ham
- Mozzarella or other favorite cheese
- Garnish with fresh basil after baking
Instructions
Chop the onion and garlic and fry them until golden in a little oil.
Add chopped tomatoes and tomato paste and simmer for a few minutes.
Blend the tomato sauce and let it simmer for another 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
Halve the buns and spread them with the finished tomato sauce. It can be a slightly thick layer.
Add Parma ham and mozzarella to the buns.
Bake the buns at 180 degrees in a preheated oven for approx. 8-10 minutes.
Garnish the bruschettas with fresh basil leaves.
Pssst… if you're short on time, you can also buy a ready-made pizza sauce.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
