Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana (preferably one with brown spots on the peel)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp real cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 dl rolled oats
- 1/2 dl fine-sifted rye flour (or your preferred flour)

Blend the banana and egg together into a smooth mixture.
Pour into a bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Stir well.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and form 6 small buns with a tablespoon.
Bake the cinnamon buns in a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes.
Enjoy – 6 wonderful buns
SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
👌🏼 Can be served as finger food, cut to suit your baby's age (from 7-8 months cut into sticks, from approx. 9 months+ cut into bite-sized pieces)
They are also great for breakfast, lunchboxes, and afternoon snacks.
💧 Encourage your baby to practice drinking from a cup during the meal.
❄️ Can be stored in the refrigerator for approx. 2 days. Good for freezing.
