Ingredients
- 2 medium carrots
- 80g flour
- 1 ½ dl milk (cow's milk, formula, breast milk depending on your child's age)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp cardamom
Instructions
Peel the carrots and grate them on the fine side of the grater.
Mix all ingredients together and cook the pancakes in a little fat in a pan.
They are ready when golden on both sides.
These pancakes are lovely both warm and cold – and are great for breakfast, lunchboxes, and afternoon snacks.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
