Ingredients

1 dl blended pumpkin seeds - 1 dl wheat flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp cardamom
- 1 tbsp sugar (optional)
- 1 dl milk (cow's milk, formula/breast milk depending on your child's age) or water
Instructions
Blend the pumpkin seeds into a fine flour.
Mix all ingredients together and whisk with an electric mixer or a whisk.
Fry the pancakes in a little butter until golden on each side.
Can be eaten both warm and cold – they are delicious for breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
