Ingredients
- 1 dl cooked Lima beans (other beans can also be used). I used canned lima beans.
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 banana
- 1 1/2 dl rolled oats
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (optional)
- 50 g dark chocolate

You can use both canned and dried beans.
If you use dried lima beans (butterbeans), soak them for approximately 10-12 hours before use. Cook them according to the package directions.
Blend the beans, peanut butter, banana, and rolled oats (and cocoa powder if using) until a smooth mixture is formed.
Roll 12 balls.
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and dip each ball in the chocolate. Place the balls on baking paper and let the chocolate set.
Then they are ready to be enjoyed.
The peanut balls can be stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. You can also freeze them.
