Ingredients
- 4 slices of coarse toast bread (or whatever bread you have)
- 1 dl milk (cow's milk or plant-based milk)
- 1 egg
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- Butter for frying (tastes best;))
Instructions
Let your child crack the egg into a bowl and whisk it together with the milk (if they want to;-)).
Then mix the sugar and cinnamon in another bowl.
Dip the bread in the egg mixture and fry each slice in a knob of butter in the pan.
They are ready when golden on each side.
Finally, sprinkle each slice with a little cinnamon sugar.
