The cards focus on making the child feel comfortable during meal times and naturally increasing their curiosity about food through imaginative questions that activate the senses.

How to use the cards

✔️ The cards are for parents with children aged approx. 3-10 years (I write "approx." because there is a big difference between children and their linguistic understanding).

✔️ There are 53 cards in total:
– 25 cards for children aged 3-6 years

– 25 cards for children aged 7-10 years

– 3 cards with fun mealtime games
